The RCOY Central Asia 2026 international conference has commenced in Samarkand, bringing together nearly 100 young environmental activists and experts from across Central Asia to discuss climate change and water resources.

Elyorbek Nosirov, an active member of the Eco Committee at the Presidential School in Fergana, and Asilbek Abdullayev, winner of the Green Initiatives competition, are representing the school at the conference held under the motto “Central Asian Youth for Climate, Water and Sustainable Development.”

Throughout the conference, our representatives are deepening their knowledge of climate policy and major environmental challenges, including melting glaciers and desertification. They are also participating in expert-led sessions and green innovation exhibitions, gaining practical skills in developing and implementing environmental projects.

Their participation in this prestigious conference demonstrates their environmental awareness, initiative, and commitment to building a sustainable future.
